Covid deaths drop below 400, 3rd time since July 2

The number of daily Covid deaths countrywide dropped below 400 on Saturday — only the third time since July 2 when fatalities were reported at this level. Dec 6 and 7 are the previous two days when fewer than 400 deaths were reported.
