As per the memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreement, DNDi will offer its pipeline of new chemical entities, pre-clinical studies, network and advocacy on these NTDs, while Aurigene will conduct phase-wise clinical studies, research and development, commercial manufacturing of the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and the finished products; distribution and commercialisation of the drugs will be done by Dr. Reddy's.
